This Privacy Policy explains how Arrow Twist handles information when you use the mobile game.

Information We Collect

Arrow Twist may process limited information needed to provide gameplay features, ads, and online leaderboard functionality:

• Gameplay progress such as completed levels, scores, stars, moves, time, coins, hints, skins, streaks, missions, and achievements.
• A nickname chosen by the player for leaderboard display.
• An anonymous Firebase user ID used to save leaderboard scores and prevent duplicate entries.
• Device identifiers and advertising-related data processed by Google AdMob for ads and ad measurement.
• Basic technical information such as device type, app version, and diagnostic data that may be processed by Google services.

How We Use Information

• To save your game progress locally on your device.
• To show leaderboard rankings using Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore.
• To display banner, rewarded, and interstitial ads through Google AdMob.
• To provide privacy consent choices through Google User Messaging Platform.
• To keep the game secure, functional, and fair.

Advertising and Consent

The app shows ads. In regions where consent is required, the app may show a consent form before requesting ads. You can also access privacy options from inside the app where available.

Leaderboard

If you use the leaderboard, your nickname and score information may be stored in Firebase and displayed to other players. Do not use your real name or personal information as your nickname.

Children

Arrow Twist is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can remove it.

Data Retention

Local game progress remains on your device unless you delete app data. Leaderboard data may remain stored to provide ranking features unless removal is requested.

Data Deletion Requests

You can request deletion of your leaderboard data and Firebase-related game data by contacting us at: seyfeddinboukobbal@gmail.com.

Please include your in-game nickname and any information that helps us identify your leaderboard entry. We will review and process deletion requests within a reasonable time.

Local game progress stored on your device can be deleted by clearing the app data from your device settings or by uninstalling the app.
